This e-learning programme has been designed by experienced international operators and instructional designers experts. It has been created to develop the skills and understanding needed to lead and work effectively in multicultural teams.

Managing Multicultural Teams (MMT) has three modules each covering a different aspect of the intercultural issues that can arise in such teams:

Module 3: Sustaining Energy at a Distance

The starting point for your learning is your own experiences of working in teams. You will learn about the potential problems of managing and working with cultural diversity and distance in international teams. You will also learn how these problems can be overcome to get a team working together to achieve success.

How is Managing Multicultural Teams delivered?
